Own and manage the end-to-end deal process, including pricing, structuring, discount governance, and bookings accuracy.
Maintain and update commercial templates such as order forms, MSAs, amendments, and partner agreements.
Support contract negotiations by coordinating across Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and timely closure.
Provide strategic guidance to Sales on deal health, risks, and optimal structuring.
Enforce deal desk policies, approval workflows, and pricing guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Ensure accurate deal data in CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and revenue recognition.
Partner with Finance to ensure adherence to SaaS revenue recognition standards.
Deliver insights on deal trends, performance, and process improvement opportunities, especially during month- and quarter-end cycles.

You've come from a big company and are used to a large support system, where the strategy was already set and you were executing on a set of well-defined, clearly articulated, already tested strategies.
You are the ideal candidate if you have
3-5+ years of experience in a deal desk, revenue operations, pricing, or sales operations role within a SaaS or technology company.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription mechanics, and revenue recognition (ASC 606 is a plus).
High proficiency with CRM’s / Hubspot and advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
Exceptional attention to detail, comfort navigating complex contract structures, and the ability to translate business needs into clear commercial terms.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and remain calm and focused during month-end and quarter-end deadlines.
High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Location: Must be based in the Denver, CO area with the ability to work a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.
