About the roleWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Super.AI. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving performance and optimizing customer interactions, ensuring our technology delivers maximum value. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to design solutions that address client needs, while also having the independence to take ideas from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities - Clearly articulate the value proposition of Super.AI to prospective customers, translating technical concepts into measurable business benefits.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with IT teams, solution architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and best practices to maximize value from the Super.AI platform.
- Provide expert advice on workflow optimization, automation opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to manage technical projects and ensure alignment throughout the engagement.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to Product Management, helping shape the product roadmap and future features.
- Partner with Sales to support technical discovery, demos, proof of value exercises, and documentation of decision criteria—managing multiple opportunities in parallel.

You are the ideal candidate if you have- 4+ years of experience in enterprise post-sales, solutions architecture, or a related role, ideally with exposure to AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations (REST APIs, databases) and workflow automation.
- General knowledge of LLMs and prompting best practices.
- At least 2 years of experience with a scripting language for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to both technical and executive audiences, whether on a whiteboard, in demos, or through formal presentations.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a rapidly expanding customer base.
- High emotional intelligence and a proven ability to build strong relationships and develop technical champions.
- Intellectually curious, receptive to feedback, and eager to continuously learn and improve—while bringing a sense of humor and approachability to the role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent proficiency in professional written and spoken English.
- Availability to work in-office (preferred location: Denver, CO, hybrid setup)
